The customer service of ceres chill is amazing!

This company goes above and beyond to support moms in their breast feeding/pumping journey! I was having a hard time getting ice to fit in my chiller due to having ice from ice cube trays ( our ice maker on our fridge stopped working) I wrote to ceres chill and was asking them for guidance on how to use my chiller as I thought I was doing something wrong. They were so kind and sent me a milkstache so I can now have ice that fits in my chiller! This will really help me since I go back to work in two weeks and have an hour and 20 minute commute.
